There is nothing worse than weathering the storms of running a boutique business alone. I want to help show you exactly how to go from struggling, exhausted boutique owner to extraordinary entrepreneur.
Because really, if I can do it, you can too.
Just a few years ago, I was that exhausted boutique owner, barely piecing together my life. I knew I was living my ultimate dream (I mean, I had wanted to open my store since I was 17!), but I didn't know how I was supposed to do it all- run the business and get the success I truly knew I was meant for.
That was when I had the most horrific thing possible happen-- I crashed my mobile boutique into a telephone pole. It was a Monday morning at 10am, and there I was, a mere 500 ft from my driveway, having to pick the dashboard of my truck up from my lap.
Luckily, no one was hurt. Except my truck, my boutique business. The truck was totaled and I would have to completely rebuild.
I knew I couldn't go on the way I was before the accident. Tired to the bone, clenching my teeth during the night... worried about how I was ever going to be fulfilled in both my life and my business. I didn't actually think it was a possibility.

I felt like I should be so happy to have what I had always wanted, but I was way too stressed all the time to actually be happy.
I was ready to change.
I love this quote: “There’s no force equal to a woman determined to rise.” (W.E.B. Du Bois) I became that woman.
I was no longer available for being exhausted, overwhelmed and stressed about money.
I made the decision that this was no longer going to be how I lived my life and ran my boutique business. I was going to figure this out.

I finally realized that the smart thing to do was to ask for help and learn from those people who had come before me. Women I liked, admired and aspired to emulate.
I made the decision to invest in my dreams.
(Otherwise, it was going to be a reallllllyyyyy long journey and a lot of months playing a business guessing game.)
Once I made that decision, everything in my life started to change.
Not only did I open a brick and mortar store (in the exact location I had dreamed it being in!), but I was featured in Forbes and InStyle Magazines, and had six-figure revenue years (without anything fancy like Facebook Ads or Live Sales!)
Once I started getting such high profile recognition, I had boutique owners all over the world contacting me, asking me how I was pulling it off- how could I manage to be so successful?For a number of years before I officially started Boutique Training Academy, I had been casually consulting which lead me to publish my book "The Ultimate Boutique Handbook" which has helped thousands of boutique owners learn the ropes of starting a boutique business.
In the summer of 2016, I had a "divine download". A flash for a program that would change the course of boutique owners, and product sellers lives forever.
I created the first online course dedicated to boutique business owners, The Six Figure Boutique Blueprint. Now I have 3 different online courses all dedicated to helping boutique owners in different stages in their business.
