One Hour Consulting Session with Emily Benson on Zoom 

People have described my consulting advice like a firehose, lots of info in a short amount of time. I decided to lean into that because truly I love to examine boutique businesses and give the owners alllll the steps in one sitting. 

(Reminder that I can't "quick fix" things or give you a magic pill to get more sales.)

Here's what it looks like to book a Firehose Session:

1. First, You'll click below, pay the session fee, and self-book a date/time on my calendar.
2. Then, you'll get a pre-session questionnaire to fill out (sent via email) so I'm fully up to date on where you are and where you want to go. This allows me to jump right in when we start our call.
3. At the date/time you selected, we'll meet on my Zoom Room and I'll give you alllll the strategy, advice, access to my resources like charts and workbooks.
4. After our session, you'll get access to the recording forever to keep.
5. Please note: there are no follow up/ deliverables included with this session. All work/communication will be done during your one hour session.

Boutique Startup Intensive

Three Hour Done For You Consulting Session with Emily Benson on Zoom

   3. An Opening Buying Plan
   4. Store or Online Store Layout
4. After our session, you'll get access to all the digital assets in Canva I've created and the session recording forever to keep.
5. Please note: there are no follow up/ deliverables included with this session. All work/communication will be done during your three hour intensive.

3. You'll send me all the data I requested.
4. Then I'll get working on your plan.
5. In 14 days, I'll deliver the plan as a shared Google Sheet, simplified PDFs and a video.

   1. Analysis of your sales for the past year, calling out opportunities to make more money and cut down on extra inventory.
